Carrie Ryan has a special place in my heart. Never has an author made me cry so hard over the death of a character in her book The Forest of Hands and Teeth. I’m very excited to see what this new series has to offer. Knowing that Ryan can create dark and beautiful worlds with deeply conflicted characters, I think this one is going to be good.
